Trusted Yacht Management & Owner Representation across the Mediterranean

We look after yachts from 20 to 80 metres and beyond. The machinery, the crew, the money, the regulations. And we answer to one person only: the owner.

Owner representation

We are not a brokerage and not a charter agency. We are the owner’s side of the table: the people who hold the yard to its quote and the crew to its standards.

We look after the things that keep an owner awake at night. The survey that has slipped past its date. The invoice that does not add up. The engineer who has not called back. Most of it is unglamorous, and that is rather the point.

Every yacht we take on gets one manager who knows her properly, backed by specialists in engineering, crew, compliance and accounts. You deal with that one person. Behind them, the rest of us do the chasing, from our base in Tivat where your boat already spends her summer.

What we do

Everything a yacht needs from shore

Six things we do properly. Take the whole programme, or just the part your captain is short-handed on this season.

01

Technical Management

Keeping her mechanically sound, from routine servicing to a full yard period, planned around your cruising rather than after a breakdown.

02

Crew Management

Finding good people and keeping them. Contracts, payroll, travel, and the certificates that have to stay current.

Explore
03

Financial Management

Where every euro goes, in plain figures. Budgets set, spending watched, suppliers paid on time.

Explore
04

Compliance & Safety

ISM, ISPS and MLC kept in order, with the flag state and class handled so the surveyor never finds a surprise.

05

Refit & New Build

Standing in the owner’s corner through a refit or build, holding the yard to quality, schedule and budget.

06

Operational Support

The season’s moving parts. Berths, clearances, provisioning and passages, arranged before you reach the boat.

07

An honest read on a yacht before you buy her. Survey, valuation, and representation through to the keys.

Buying or selling

Before you buy, know what you are buying

A proper survey is the cheapest part of buying a yacht and the part that saves you the most. We inspect her honestly, tell you what she is really worth, and stay on your side of the deal to the end.

  • A survey that names the faults

A full going-over of hull, machinery and systems, written up plainly, with the problems spelt out rather than buried.

  • Sea trials and a straight valuation

We attend the trials, read the records and class history, and give you a straight answer on what she is worth.

  • Right through to the keys

We represent you across the offer, the flagging and the import paperwork, all the way to handover.

Charter

A yacht that earns her keep

When you are not aboard, a well-run charter programme turns a standing cost into income, without wearing the boat out or letting standards slip. We place her with the right brokers, vet the guests, brief the crew, and account for every charter to the cent.

  • Charter management

Marketing, calendar, contracts and central-agent liaison, so your yacht sits in front of the right brokers and the right guests.

  • A luxury charter experience

Provisioning, itineraries, chefs, toys and shore arrangements, so a week aboard feels effortless and the guests ask to come back.

  • The owner comes first

Clear charter accounts, a crew kept MLC-compliant, and the boat handed back exactly as she went out.

How we work

How a yacht comes under our care

No long onboarding and no drama. Four steps from the first call to a boat that runs without you having to think about it.

01

Assessment

We look the boat over, listen to what you want from her, and keep it between us.

02

Proposal

A plain plan: what we will run, what it costs, and where the lines are drawn.

03

Onboarding

We pick up the engineering, crew, money and paperwork without rocking the boat.

04

Stewardship

Then we keep her running. One monthly report you can actually read, and a phone we answer.

What owners and captains say

They look after our 52 as if the bill came out of their own pocket. One report a month, it makes sense, and I have stopped worrying about the boat.

Two days before an MLC inspection I realised nothing had been left to chance. Every certificate was already in the folder. That is the difference.

We deal with a lot of management companies. Few of them write a report a principal can actually read. These do.

Let us look at how your yacht is really run

A few lines is enough to begin. A senior manager reads it, not a bot, and you will usually hear back the same day.

A senior manager replies personally, usually within one business day.
