Our managers came up through the engine room, the bridge, the yard and the back office. They have stood watch and signed off accounts, so they know when a quote is fair and when a “small job” is anything but.
We keep the books small on purpose. Fewer yachts means each one gets a manager who genuinely knows her, and has time to pick up the phone when something is wrong at two in the morning.
What you get feels less like a supplier and more like someone in your corner. Minding the asset, guarding your privacy, and handing back the time the boat would otherwise swallow.

Independence
We take no commission from yards, brokers or suppliers. The only person paying us is you, so the advice you get is straight.
Discretion
Who owns the boat, where she is, what she costs. That stays with us. It is built into how we work, not added as a clause.
Technical rigour
Decisions come from inspection and evidence, not a hunch and a handshake.
Transparency
You see every figure and the real state of the boat, the good news and the bad, in the same report.
